- Sterling Heights, MI Needing vacuum bags but with no desire to traipse through a big box store.I saw this little place right next to Stones Ace hardware.Walked in, a super kind fella asked how he could help me, I told him the brand & style bags I needed, which he had in stock 12 for $22 which I honestly thought was steep.
But I was in error. ( I stepped outside & called banks vacuums and they sold them 6 for $19.95 )
The 12 for $22 was a steal , plus for what its worth it was a better brand microfiber bag.
I have no idea how often I have passed this place by, but the inventory was huge, plus 2-3 guys working on repairs of vacuums & sewing machines.

- Sterling Heights, MIWent in after not being able to fix my serger myself, and was helped by John the owner. He was so pleasant. I called asking if he would be able to do it today and he said well sure. So I went in and sat around with him for almost two hours. I watched him fix it and talked with him, he is a very knowledgeable man and so nice! He knew exactly what the problem was! I was also worried about how much it would cost but it was so affordable compared to what I found online. I am sure not many people would sit around and wait like I did but I really enjoyed it there and felt at home! He also watches over his wife who has alzheimers, which was a cute interaction to see. A real nice mom and pop store and I would recommend it again and again!!!!!!
